Okay so I just got off my first Facebook Live in YEARS and I have a lot of feelings. 😂

First of all - I forgot how much I genuinely LOVE connecting with you guys in real time. Like there is nothing like it. And second of all - we had such a good conversation about something I know a lot of you are thinking about right now.

Is social media even worth it anymore?

Can you actually build a business online in 2026?

And if you’re multi-passionate (meaning you have more than one business, more than one passion, more than one thing you want to monetize) - is there even a PLACE for you on these platforms?

Girl. Yes. But let’s talk about it. 🖤

First Things First - Social Media Is NOT Dead

I know it feels like it sometimes. I know the algorithm feels like a mystery wrapped in a riddle wrapped in Mark Zuckerberg’s ego. 😂

But here’s the truth that I’m learning - social media hasn’t died. It has EVOLVED. And the women who understand that shift are the ones who are still building real businesses from it right now.

So what changed?

Back in 2020 and 2021 (honestly those were the WILD WEST days of online business) you could show up, go live, post a couple of times and people were just handing over their credit cards. It felt almost too easy. And for a lot of us it was! I was going live multiple times a day, building relationships left and right, and it was working.

But that era is DONE. And if you’re still trying to use social media the way you did in 2021 - that’s why it feels like you’re screaming into a void. 🌙

The Shift - From Growth to Nurture

Here’s what’s actually working now.

Social media in 2026 is no longer primarily about finding NEW people. It’s about deepening relationships with the people who are ALREADY watching you. The ones already in your stories every day. The ones already commenting on your posts. The ones already sliding into your DMs.

THOSE are your people. And they deserve your attention more than chasing a follower count that isn’t moving anyway.

So instead of asking “how do I get more followers” - start asking “how do I build a deeper relationship with the people already here?”

Some practical ways to do that right now:

🖤 Respond to DMs like a real human (not just a heart react - actually TALK to people)
🔮 Engage with people’s stories instead of just watching them
✨ Comment on posts in a way that actually adds to the conversation
🌙 Take a 24 hour break from your stories occasionally - then come back with something that invites engagement (a poll, a question, something that makes people respond) - Instagram will actually BOOST your visibility when you do this

It’s not about showing up every single day posting three reels and two carousels and a partridge in a pear tree. 😂 That era is gone and honestly? Good riddance. Because that was EXHAUSTING and it was burning all of us out.

Now you get to show up intentionally. Seasonally. Rhythmically.

(Which - if you know me - you know that is literally my whole thing. 👑)

What’s Working On Each Platform Right Now

Instagram - focus on stories and DMs over feed posts. Reels can still get you visibility but the real relationship building is happening in your DMs and in your story replies. Use ManyChat if you want to boost your engagement automatically.

Facebook - your personal profile is for nurturing. But Facebook GROUPS? That is where you can still genuinely build and grow a community. Local groups especially are so underrated for service based businesses right now.

Substack - this is honestly one of my favorite platforms right now. You can grow by engaging on Notes and you can monetize by offering paid subscriber benefits. It rewards people who actually write and engage - not just people with the biggest following.

And One More Thing - Protect Your Energy Out There 🔮

Okay I have to say this because it’s important.

Social media in 2026 is a LOT. The news cycle, the political climate, the algorithm shoving things in your face that you did not ask for - it can really mess with your energy if you’re not intentional about it.

Before I go live or show up online I literally smudge myself and set an intention to only receive what is for my highest good. And when I get off I use my selenite wand to cut cords from anything that doesn’t serve me. (Very witchy. Very necessary. 😂)

I also use an app called Jomo (the Joy of Missing Out) that locks me out of social media after 10pm and won’t let me back on until 9am. It has been a game changer for my mental health and my energy.

You cannot pour from an empty cup. And you cannot show up as the leader your community needs if social media is draining your soul every day. Protect yourself out there sis. 🖤

Ok, so let’s talk about the moon & your emotions. The Moon is the fastest moving celestial body in astrology. It changes signs every 2 to 2.5 days, which means the emotional and energetic vibe of the day shifts constantly. And once you start paying attention to it? You’ll never look at your calendar the same way again.

Think about it - have you ever had a day where you woke up and just felt OFF? Like you couldn’t focus, everything felt heavy, and you had zero motivation? And then two days later you’re suddenly fired up and ready to take on the world? That’s not random. That’s the Moon moving through a different sign and shifting the collective emotional weather.

Working with the Moon’s energy is one of the most practical and powerful things you can do for your life AND your business. And the best part? You don’t need to be an astrologer to do it. You just need this guide.

🌍 Why Living By the Moon Changes Everything

We live in a society that’s obsessed with daily consistency. Wake up at 5am. Do the same routine. Post every day. Grind grind grind. And if you miss a day, you’re “falling behind.”

But here’s what nobody talks about: that model is based on the SUN’s cycle. The Sun shows up the same way every day. Rise, shine, set. Repeat. And that works for some people. But for a lot of us (especially those of us who are more emotionally and intuitively wired), the Sun’s daily cycle doesn’t match how we actually operate.

The Moon operates on a 28-day cycle. It has phases. It waxes and wanes. Some days it’s full and bright and visible to everyone. Other days it’s hidden and dark and turned inward. And guess what? So do we.

So if you’ve been beating yourself up for not being consistent on a daily basis - what if you’re actually consistent on a MONTHLY basis? What if your natural rhythm follows the Moon’s 28-day cycle instead of the Sun’s 24-hour cycle? That’s not a flaw. That’s your design.

This is especially true for my Cancer Risings - your chart ruler IS the Moon. So you may feel even MORE inclined to work with the Moon’s rhythm instead of trying to force yourself into a rigid daily schedule. If daily consistency has never worked for you, this might be why. The Moon is literally your boss. Work with her, not against her. 🌙

And honestly? Even if you’re not a Cancer Rising, living cyclically just makes sense. The Moon affects ALL of us. It affects our moods, our energy levels, our creativity, and our ability to connect. When you start aligning your actions with the Moon’s energy, you stop fighting the current and start flowing with it.

🌙 How the Moon Moves Through the Signs

Quick astrology lesson (I’ll keep it simple, I promise):

The Moon travels through all 12 zodiac signs in about 28 days. It spends roughly 2 to 2.5 days in each sign before moving into the next one. So every couple of days, the emotional energy shifts.

You can track which sign the Moon is in by using any astrology app (I recommend the CHANI app or Time Passages) or by checking an online Moon calendar. Once you know what sign the Moon is in today, you can use this guide to figure out how to best use that energy.

Easy, right? Let’s talk about one more thing before we get into the signs.

⚠️ The Void of Course Moon (Read This Before You Do Anything)

Ok this is important and most people skip it. But if you’re going to work with the Moon, you NEED to know about the Void of Course Moon.

The Void of Course Moon (VOC) is the period of time between when the Moon makes its last major aspect in one sign and when it enters the next sign. Think of it like a hallway between two rooms. You’ve left one room but haven’t entered the next one yet. You’re in between. In limbo. Floating.

During a VOC Moon, the energy is... ungrounded. It’s not connected to anything. And because of that, anything you START during a Void of Course Moon is believed to not produce lasting results. Emails sent during VOC might get ignored. Decisions made during VOC might not stick. Projects launched during VOC might fizzle out.

So what do you do during a Void of Course Moon?

• Pause. Reflect. Meditate.

• Journal about what you’re feeling.

• Review work you’ve already done (but don’t start anything new).

• Take a break. Rest. Go for a walk.

• Do NOT sign contracts, launch projects, send important emails, or make big decisions.

The VOC Moon can last anywhere from a few minutes to several hours. Most astrology apps will tell you when the Moon is Void of Course. Get in the habit of checking before you start your day. It’ll save you a lot of “why didn’t that work?” moments. 🔮

Ok so - Mercury retrograde gets a BAD reputation. Every time it comes around, the internet collectively loses its mind. “Don’t sign contracts! Don’t text your ex! Mercury is in Gatorade!” (If you know, you know. 😂)

But here’s what Mercury retrograde actually is: Mercury is the planet that rules communication, technology, travel, and how we process information. When it goes retrograde, it APPEARS to move backwards in the sky. It’s not actually moving backwards (it’s an optical illusion), but energetically? Things slow down. Messages get crossed. Plans get rerouted. The things you thought were settled? They come back up for review.

And that’s actually the POINT. Mercury retrograde isn’t here to ruin your life. It’s here to get you to slow down, review, and refine. Think of it like the universe pressing the rewind button on specific areas of your life and saying: “Hey, you missed something. Go back and look again.”

This particular retrograde runs from February 26th through March 20th, 2026 and it’s happening entirely in the sign of Pisces. And THAT is what makes this one hit different. Let me explain.

🌊 Mercury Retrograde in Pisces: Why This One Is Extra Foggy

So Mercury is already about communication and mental clarity, right? And when it goes retrograde, that clarity gets disrupted. Now put that in PISCES - the sign that is already the most ethereal, dreamy, intuitive, and honestly? The most confusing sign in the zodiac. Pisces energy is like trying to read a text message underwater. You THINK you know what it says, but do you really?

Mercury in Pisces retrograde is a double dose of “things are not what they seem.” Your thoughts might feel foggy. Conversations might feel like you’re both speaking different languages. Emails will get lost. You’ll swear you said something and the other person will swear you didn’t. It’s giving miscommunication on level 1000%.

But here’s the deeper layer (because with Pisces, there’s ALWAYS a deeper layer):

Pisces rules the subconscious, spirituality, and the unseen. This retrograde is going to bring things to the surface that you’ve been avoiding, suppressing, or straight-up pretending don’t exist. 🎯 The Mission: To Acknowledge & Release

Here’s what I need you to understand about this retrograde - the goal is NOT to fix everything. The goal is NOT to manifest. (And I know that might feel counterintuitive, especially since we just had that powerful eclipse.) But retrogrades, especially in Pisces, are about REFINING and REVIEWING, not pushing forward.

Pisces rules endings and letting go. What’s coming up during this retrograde is coming up because it’s meant to END. It’s the final showdown. The universe is handing you a permission slip to release what no longer serves you.

And here’s where it gets really significant:

This retrograde starts at 22 degrees Pisces, which is a critical degree. In astrology, critical degrees carry extra weight; they’re turning points. So whatever is meant to end needs to end NOW. No more “maybe.” No more “I’ll think about it.” No more staying in something that expired three seasons ago because it’s comfortable. The themes coming up for you are an invitation to release so you can finally step into your true power.

Mercury goes direct on March 20th at 8 degrees Pisces - also a critical degree, but this one signifies transformation and new beginnings. So you’re literally starting from an ending and walking backwards into a NEW beginning. By the time this retrograde is over, you’ll have cleared out what needed to go and made space for something entirely new to come in.

Starting from the end. Going backwards into a new beginning. That’s the whole journey of this Mercury retrograde. 🔮

🌑 Oh, and One More Thing - We’re Still in Eclipse Season

I know, I know. It’s a LOT happening at once. But we need to talk about this because it directly impacts how you move during this retrograde.

We are still in an eclipse portal until March 3rd (when the Lunar Eclipse in Virgo hits). 👉🏾 That means for the first week of this retrograde, you’re dealing with Mercury Rx energy AND eclipse energy at the same time. That’s double the “don’t force outcomes” energy.

So what does this mean practically? It means this is NOT the time to be making big, abrupt decisions. It’s not about YOU manifesting a specific outcome as much as it’s about SURRENDERING to what’s happening. Have FAITH that whatever is shifting, ending, or being revealed is being done for your highest good.

But first, some context. Because this ain’t no TikTok trend or a productivity hack. It came from a moment of real honesty with myself about what I was doing wrong.

If you read my last post (The Shift: What the Eclipse Taught Me About Alignment, Abundance & What Actually Matters), you know I had a revelation on eclipse day about the difference between using spirituality as a strategy vs. actually surrendering to it. But here’s the thing that post didn’t cover: the HOW. How do you actually shift from performing spirituality to practicing it? Especially when your spiritual gifts ARE your work?

Because the truth is - for many of us who are spiritual teachers, coaches, astrologers, healers, and creatives - we aren’t just “writing” or “getting clients.” We are doing a service that operates as our ministry. It’s something we feel specifically called to practice and support our community with.

Back in ancient times, many of us would have been honored for our ability to channel Universal messages. It would have been translated as being a High Priest or High Priestess. And thanks to the internet, many of us can now channel our messages and make our words be seen all over the world. ✨

But if we aren’t intentional about connecting with the Universe and using our words to heal and not to perform, then we will make the mistake of creating from ego. And ego-driven creation produces spotty and unhelpful results.

🌊 How I Learned This the Hard Way

In the past, I fell into the rabbit hole that a lot of manifestation teachers fall into. I was using my gifts to “manifest” what I wanted. And look - I’m not going to call it a mistake because it wasn’t. It was a necessary part of my journey. But in that process, I wasn’t really surrendering or practicing trusting the Universe for the sake of it. I was focused on GETTING more than connecting.

And at first? The manifesting led to HUGE blessings. Clients. $10k months. Speaking opportunities. Being found right from Instagram to be featured at events and on podcasts. It all felt SO good.

But over time, the flow stopped. I was still doing the work - still creating - but I wasn’t producing the same results. I became discouraged. Why wasn’t astrology and manifestation “working” anymore?

And it wasn’t until I met with my psychic that I realized something.

My psychic told me that I’m a powerful witch (which to me is just someone who is intentional with creating their reality and serves her community through her magical intentions) but that I wasn’t “practicing” enough.

And immediately, I internally responded with, “what MORE can I do?!” Because I do readings. I wear my crystals. I smudge my home and space regularly. Like... what am I missing?

But as I took some time to meditate on what my psychic was saying, that’s when it hit me:

When I want something - I manifest by asking the Universe... when I want something.

When I read my astrology charts - it tends to only be for my clients.

When I wear my crystals and smudge my home - it tends to be an “action” I’m doing but I’m not always FULLY embodying the intention. My mind could be on anything (and often is) instead of being present in the moment and releasing negative vibrations.

That’s when I realized: I haven’t actually sat down and meditated, read charts, or worked with my spiritual tools for the sole purpose of just BEING with my Higher Self. Every spiritual action had been for my business, my clients, or for getting something.

Which is exactly what my psychic was saying.

So I apologized to my Higher Self and the Universe. And then I meditated on how I could actually incorporate spirituality into my life - not as a tool, but as a practice. How could I infuse my day to day with spiritual power?

And that’s when my former sister circle came to mind. 🔮

🌙 The Memory That Changed Everything

Years ago, I was part of a circle of women that met every Full Moon. We’d gather in community, pull cards, and share our emotions. It was powerful and healing to be in that kind of beautiful and holy space.

But to start the circle, the leader would always “open it” - or Cast the Circle. As someone who grew up religious, I would liken it to an opening prayer. She would smudge each of us to clear out our energy from any low vibrations and help us release negative energy that wasn’t ours to begin with. Then she would have us close our eyes while she lit a fire, called out to the four corners of the earth (North, South, East, and West), called out to the Gods or Goddesses she felt called to work with, and asked the Angels for protection of our connection that night.

And then - the circle would open.

As a Capricorn Stellium - I LOVED that. I love ritual, especially when it’s spiritual.

That memory came to me in meditation because the Universe was inviting me to do the same thing - but for my workspace.

💡 Why This Matters for Spiritual Creators

We are so used to just showing up, opening the laptop, and typing. But when you are a spiritual guide, you have more to offer than just your words. You can tap into your Highest Self, your Guides, Ancestors, the Holy Spirit, Jesus Consciousness, God, the Universe, Angels - whatever resonates with your practice - to help support you in your message.

And as a Guide, you SHOULD be regularly inviting them to work WITH you. To help you speak powerfully, clearly, and with intention.

You should also be regularly asking for protection so that your ego or any low vibrations do not get in the way of your message and/or mess with your own energy.

So that’s why I’ve started seeing my work differently. When I create for you, I am not just “selling something” or “trying to make money” or trying to “manifest.”

I’m utilizing the powers of the Universe to help connect YOU with your powers, your purpose, your healing. I’m a conduit of the energy and I must respect the time and space that I am opening in order to do that.

And so I recently started opening AND closing my circle each day when I start work. Here’s exactly how I do it. 🔮

🔮 How I Cast My Circle (Step by Step)

Ok, let’s talk about the specific actions I take. I encourage you to do something similar that feels right for YOU. You don’t have to do the same things I do because it’s about your intention more than the actions. You want to FEEL into this - not “perform” it.

🕯️ Step 1: Cleanse Your Space

I light a candle that I’ll keep at my desk for the whole work session. (I like 7-day candles or the thick ones in glass jars so I can have it lit the entire work day, which for me is usually around 4-5 hours.)

Then I light incense to clear the energy out of my office.

I take 3 deep breaths and envision all my worries leaving the room and being placed outside my office door.

Then I say aloud: “I release everything that is not mine to carry today.”

🧭 Step 2: Call in the Directions

I face each direction and speak my invocation out loud. This is my favorite part. 🔮 (You can also do this in your head if it feels better, but I love using my throat chakra for activation.)

I use the compass on my phone to determine each direction. Then:

Facing East (Air): “To the East, I call in clarity of mind and inspired communication. May my words reach the right people today.”

Facing South (Fire): “To the South, I call in passion, motivation, and creative fire. May I show up boldly in my work today.”

Facing West (Water): “To the West, I call in emotional wisdom and intuition. May I create from overflow, not depletion.”

Facing North (Earth): “To the North, I call in grounded focus and structured action. May my efforts build something lasting today.”

I say each sentence with power, intention, and time. I FEEL into the words and make emphasis in places that feel right for me. There’s no rush here. Let the energy marinate. ✨

🪐 Step 3: Call in Your Planetary Ruler

This is the part where I bring my astrology practice into it - because why wouldn’t I? lol

I’m a Capricorn Rising, which means I am ruled by Saturn - the planet of structure, discipline, and mastery. Since I work with the stars, I want to honor their influence in my work. So I say:

“Saturn, my chart ruler, I invite your discipline, structure, and mastery into my work today. Help me build with intention and purpose.”

(If you know your Rising sign, you can do this with YOUR chart ruler. Don’t know yours? That’s what chart readings are for. 🔮)

Then I acknowledge the planetary ruler of the day. Each day of the week is ruled by a different planet, so I honor whichever one is active:

Monday (Moon Day): “Moon, guide my connection and intuition today.”

Tuesday (Mars Day): “Mars, fuel my bold action and outreach today.”

Wednesday (Mercury Day): “Mercury, sharpen my words and communication today.”

Thursday (Jupiter Day): “Jupiter, expand my vision and abundance today.”

Friday (Venus Day): “Venus, infuse my work with beauty and magnetic energy today.”

Saturday (Saturn Day): “Saturn, anchor my creation and structure today.”

(I don’t typically work on Sundays - but if you do, Sunday is the Sun’s day. Honor your vitality, your visibility, and your purpose.)

🎯 Step 4: State Your Intention

Now I state what my intention is for the work session. For me, I like to say something like:

“I am an astrologer and spiritual guide. I am here to serve my community, build my business, and manifest abundance through aligned action. I work from overflow, not depletion. My efforts are ENOUGH. So it is.”

You can also close with “asé” or “amen” or “and so it is” or whatever feels sacred to you. The words are yours. Make them mean something. 💖

🔔 Step 5: Physically Mark the Opening

As my final step, I’ll either ring a bell to physically open the space or clap my hands 3 times.

Then I say: “My circle is open and my work begins.”

And then I get started. 🔮

This whole thing takes me about 6 minutes, sometimes more if I pause after each step to let the energy settle. It’s not long. But it changes EVERYTHING about the energy I bring to my work.

🌙 Working Inside the Circle

Once the circle is open, I try to align my work with the Moon’s energy of the day or the planetary ruler of the day. For example - if the Moon is in Aries, I focus on action-oriented activities (like writing about spell work, which is literally what I’m doing right now). If the Moon is in Pisces, I’ll focus on intuitive content, spiritual downloads, or creative writing.

This just makes me feel more magical, and I’ve found that I feel more in flow when I follow the Moon or honor the day of the week. It’s a small thing that makes a big difference.

🕯️ Closing the Circle (Just as Important!)

This part is JUST as important as opening it. When you close the circle, you’re releasing your energy, your Guides, your clients’ energy - so you can refocus on your LIFE and not your business.

So once I’m done with work (usually about 4-5 hours later), I blow out my candle and say:

“I close this circle with gratitude. The work of today is complete and ENOUGH. I release my role as businesswoman and return to myself. So it is.”

Then I physically put away my materials - my laptop, candles, mic, everything. The physical act of putting things away signals to your brain and your energy that the work day is over. You’re not “on” anymore. You’re just you.

Remember: this isn’t about doing this for “performance” or “getting” anything. This is about FEELING CONNECTED, empowered, and in touch with your Highest Vibration. This is about protecting your energy so you can stay Divinely connected and inspired.

It’s all about intention more than anything.

It’s 4:23pm on Eclipse Day and I just had a huge revelation. Which, is insane. Cause the revelation is about money & mindset - which is no coincidence since this Eclipse is happening in my house of money, values, and self worth.

Eclipses usually bring the unexpected and little did I know; the unexpected would look like this.

Let me back up. 🖤

For the last several months, I’ve been building this Substack with a very specific goal in mind: abundance. Financial abundance, to be exact. I wanted to grow my paid subscribers. I wanted to hit $1,000 in monthly recurring revenue. I wanted to prove, mostly to myself and to every limiting belief I inherited about money - that I could build something profitable doing the thing I love.

So I was STRATEGIC about it. I’m a Capricorn Rising with a Saturn-ruled chart - strategy is literally in my DNA.

• I studied the transits.

• I aligned my launches with favorable planetary energy.

• I wrote about Mercury on Wednesdays because Wednesday is Mercury’s day.

• I did money spell work when the moon was in an earth sign (preferably Taurus or lighting up my second house).

• I planned content around eclipses and new moons and planetary ingresses because I know- I KNOW- that when you work with the cosmic timing, things flow better.

And it was working.

For example, after doing a money spell - I gained a new paid subscriber the next morning, PLUS got a paid speaking gig, 2 new yearly substack subscribers AND a Birth Chart reading. People were subscribing. The numbers were moving.

So by all accounts, I should’ve been sitting here on eclipse day feeling like I cracked the code. Like I figured out the formula. Align with the planets + create strategic content + do the spiritual work = abundance unlocked. 💵

But that’s not what I felt.

What I felt, sitting at my desk at 4:23pm with the eclipse energy still humming in the background, was something quieter than that. Something I almost missed because I was so busy looking for the big, dramatic breakthrough.

I felt... right.

Not “right” as in correct.

“Right” as in aligned.

As in: this is exactly where I’m supposed to be, doing exactly what I’m supposed to be doing, and it doesn’t need to produce anything specific for it to matter.

The creating itself was the thing. The flow was the thing. The fact that I lost track of time because I was so absorbed in work that lights me up - THAT was the abundance.

And then the thought landed like a whisper that was somehow louder than everything else:

What if it was never about abundance?

What if it was always about alignment?

Now, I need to be honest with y’all because that’s how I do things on this Substack. This thought scared me a little.

Because for a long time, “abundance” was the goal that kept me going. It was tangible. Measurable. It gave me something to point to and say “see? This is working.” And as a Capricorn Stellium- your girl NEEDS that. I need the receipts. I need the proof. I need the numbers on the screen to tell me I’m not wasting my time.

So the idea that maybe the point ISN’T the numbers? That maybe the point is just... feeling like I’m in the right flow? That felt dangerous. Like if I let go of the goal, I’d lose the motivation. Like if I stopped chasing abundance, it would stop coming.

But here’s what hit me next - and this is the part that made me want to write this down immediately before I lost it:

I’ve been treating astrology like a strategy tool. And it IS that. But that’s not ALL it is.

When I write about Mercury on Wednesday because it’s Mercury’s day, the point isn’t that Mercury is going to reward me with subscribers. The point is that Wednesday IS Mercury’s day, and when I align my communication with Mercury’s energy, it FEELS different. The writing flows easier. The ideas come faster. The words land with more precision.

Not because I’m gaming the system - but because I’m IN the system. I’m part of it.

I’m participating in the Universes’ rhythm that’s been running since before I was born, and when I sync up with it, everything just... works.

That’s not strategy. That’s surrender.

And for a Capricorn Rising with my natal Saturn in the 12th house? Surrender is the lesson I’ve been running from my entire life. 😅

Let me bring the astrology into this, because I think what’s happening in the sky right now is exactly why this realization is hitting today and not six months ago.

This eclipse - the solar eclipse at 28° Aquarius that’s also sitting on my natal Jupiter - and it’s in my 2nd house of money, self-worth, and values. And I’ve been interpreting that as: “the universe is expanding my money.” Which... sure, maybe.
But the 2nd house isn’t just about what you HAVE. It’s about what you VALUE. It’s about worth and not just the dollar amount kind.

And then - three days from now - Saturn conjuncts Neptune at 0° Aries. In my 4th house. The house of home, roots, and inner foundation. This is a once-in-36-years transit that’s about dissolving the frameworks that no longer serve us (Neptune) and building new ones from what’s actually real (Saturn). It’s happening at the very first degree of the zodiac - the very beginning of everything. For me; this is even more signficant because Saturn is my chart ruler, so the actions that it takes truly impacts my life in a personal and professional way.

Something is ending so something new can begin. And what I think is ending - at least for me - is the idea that spiritual alignment is a MEANS to an end.
That I meditate so I can manifest. That I follow the planetary cycles so I can optimize my launches. That I do the inner work so the outer results will follow.

What if following the flow of the universe isn’t a strategy to get what I want - but a way of BEING that makes “what I want” irrelevant because I already have the thing that matters, which is the feeling of being exactly where I’m supposed to be?

I know. That’s a lot. Let me bring it down to earth for a second.

I’m not saying goals don’t matter. I’m definitely not saying money doesn’t matter. I’m not saying I’m abandoning my subscriber goals or my revenue targets or my business strategy. I’m a practical woman. I’ve got bills. I’ve got a Substack to grow. I’m not about to go full ethereal and pretend rent doesn’t exist.

But what I AM saying is that there’s a difference between:

“I’m going to align with Mercury’s energy on Wednesday so my content performs well”

and

“I’m going to align with Mercury’s energy on Wednesday because it feels like home. Because when I write in sync with the Universe, I’m not performing - I’m participating. And the performance metrics are just a byproduct of that participation.”

One of those is strategy. The other is surrender. And I think the surrender is where the real magic lives.

Here’s the thing that nobody tells you about working with astrology as a creator, an entrepreneur, or just a human being trying to build something meaningful:

You can’t force Jupiter to give you abundance. You can’t trick Saturn into letting you skip the hard work. You can’t manipulate eclipse energy into doing what you want it to do. (Believe me, I tried. Eclipses do what THEY want, which is kinda the point. 😅)

But when you stop trying to USE the planets and start trying to MOVE WITH them? When you stop asking “what can this transit do for me?” and start asking “what is this transit inviting me to become?” that’s when something shifts. The resistance drops. The flow picks up. And the abundance; the TRUE abundance, the kind that includes money but isn’t limited to it- shows up on its own timeline, in its own way, usually bigger than what you were trying to manifest in the first place.

I think that’s what this eclipse is teaching me. Not “here’s more money, Lexie.” But “here’s a new way of understanding what wealth actually is.”

And wealth - real, soul-level, I-am-exactly-where-I’m-supposed-to-be wealth - is this. It’s sitting at your desk at 4:23pm having lost track of time because you were so in the flow. It’s writing something that makes you feel alive. It’s doing the work that lights you up and trusting that the universe sees you doing it.

I don’t have it all figured out.

But I have this feeling. This quiet knowing. This sense that the universe didn’t put me on this path so I could optimize it. It put me here so I could LIVE it.

And today, on eclipse day, with the reset button glowing in the sky - I’m choosing to trust that.

Saturn conjunct Neptune at 0° Aries.

Old dream dissolving. New truth forming. The very first degree. The very beginning.

Maybe that’s what’s happening. Maybe this IS the beginning. Not of a strategy - but of a way of being that makes the strategy unnecessary. Or at least, makes it secondary to something deeper.

If Aquarius season was the lightning bolt - the disruption, the innovation, the “wake up and pay attention” energy - then Pisces season is the deep exhale that follows. The Sun is now moving through the final sign of the zodiac, which means we are officially in the closing chapter of the astrological year.

This season is asking you to slow down. To feel. To release. To let the waters of Pisces wash away what no longer belongs to you so you can walk into Aries season (and the new astrological year) lighter, clearer, and more aligned with who you’re actually becoming.

But here’s the thing, where Pisces season can be quite an introverted sign - this is NOT a quiet Pisces season. Not even close. 🔮

This season is stacked with some of the most significant transits of the entire year and honestly, of the entire DECADE. So before we get into how this hits each sign, let me walk you through what’s happening in the sky. Because once you see this lineup? You’ll understand why this season feels so heavy and so magical at the same time.

⚡ The Transits: What’s Happening in the Sky During Pisces Season

🪐 Saturn Conjuncts Neptune at 0° Aries — February 20th at 10:54am CST

Ok so this is the BIG one. The one astrologers have been talking about for years. Saturn (structure, discipline, reality, karma) meets Neptune (dreams, spirituality, illusion, the unseen) at the very first degree of Aries, which is also the very first degree of the ENTIRE zodiac.

This hasn’t happened in 36 YEARS, so this is HUGE. The last time Saturn and Neptune met up was in 1989. Which I was only a baby BUT just incase you didn’t know, that’s when the Berlin Wall fell, the Soviet Union was crumbling, and the whole world was watching structures that seemed permanent just... dissolve. And that conjunction happened in Capricorn. This one is happening at 0° Aries, which is essentially a huge reset button.

What to expect: This particular transit is about the colliding of dreams and reality. Whatever illusions you’ve been holding onto; about yourself, your relationships, your career, your life direction; Saturn is here to say “What about this is TRULY real” And Neptune is here to say “but what are your DREAMS really about and can you make them real?” The magic happens when you can hold both. When you can take a dream that’s real and true and begin building actual structure around it. Old dreams that were never yours? They dissolve. Dreams that are genuinely aligned with your soul? They start getting a foundation.

This conjunction is coloring the ENTIRE Pisces season. Everything that happens over the next month is happening in the context of this massive reset. Pay attention to what’s falling away and what’s crystallizing. Both are happening on purpose. ✨

⬅️ Mercury Retrograde in Pisces: February 26th at 12:48am CST

Mercury retrograde in Pisces is NOT your typical “don’t sign contracts and back up your phone” retrograde (but yes, still do those things). Mercury in Pisces already doesn’t operate through logic and linear thinking; it’s more about the emotions and feelings of it all. It communicates through your heart, your intuition, symbols, and dreams. So when Mercury goes RETROGRADE in Pisces? Everything gets even more watery.

What to expect: Old memories resurfacing. Conversations you thought were finished coming back around. Dreams that feel weirdly prophetic. A general sense of mental fog that’s actually your intuition trying to get louder than your logic. You might hear from people from your past. You might suddenly remember something you buried. You might feel like your thoughts are moving through honey instead of air.

The key to this retrograde is to stop trying to THINK your way through it and start FEELING your way through it. Mercury retrograde in Pisces is handing you information; but it’s coming through your body, your dreams, and your gut, not through your head. Trust what you feel even when you can’t explain it yet. This retrograde lasts through March 20th, which is the entire Pisces season, so settle in & get comfy.

♂️ Mars Enters Pisces: March 2nd at 8:16am CST

Mars is the planet of action, drive, ambition, and how we go after what we want. And Pisces is... not exactly Mars’ favorite place to be. (Think of it like a fire sign being asked to swim instead of sprint.)

What to expect: Your motivation might feel less like a push and more like a pull. Instead of “I need to DO something,” it might feel like “I’m being drawn toward something.” That’s not laziness - that’s Mars in Pisces working exactly as it should. Your energy might feel more diffuse, more creative, more spiritual. Channel it into art, music, healing work, or anything that connects you to something bigger than yourself.

🌕 Total Lunar Eclipse in Virgo — March 3rd at 5:38am CST

Just ONE DAY after Mars enters Pisces, we get hit with a total lunar eclipse at 12°54’ of Virgo. And listen- lunar eclipses are already intense. They’re supercharged full moons that deal with endings, release, and emotional culmination. But this one is part of the Virgo-Pisces eclipse series that’s been reshaping our lives since 2024.

What to expect: The Virgo-Pisces axis is all about the balance between control and surrender. Between doing and being. Between perfection and flow. This eclipse is illuminating where you’ve been over-functioning, over-analyzing, and over-controlling in an attempt to feel safe. And it’s asking you to LET GO. Not of everything; just of the things that were never yours to carry. The details you’ve been obsessing over? Some of them don’t matter. The perfection you’ve been chasing? It was keeping you stuck.

With Mercury already retrograde in Pisces and Mars JUST entering Pisces, this eclipse has a very “the universe is doing this FOR you even though it doesn’t feel like it” energy. Expect emotional revelations. Expect things to end so better things can begin. That’s the eclipse doing its job. 🌙

♀️ Venus Enters Aries; March 6th at 4:45am CST

After all that Piscean water energy, Venus sliding into Aries is like a shot of espresso for your heart. Venus is love, beauty, money, values, and pleasure. In Aries, she’s bold, direct, and unapologetic about what she wants.

What to expect: You might feel a sudden burst of clarity about what you desire - in love, in money, in life. Aries doesn’t do wishy-washy. Venus in Aries says “I want THAT” and goes after it. Pay attention to what you’re suddenly attracted to, suddenly passionate about, or suddenly unwilling to settle for. Venus in Aries is showing you what your heart wants now that the old illusions have been cleared away.

♃ Jupiter Goes Direct in Cancer - March 10th at 10:30pm CST

Jupiter has been retrograde since October 2025, which means the planet of growth, abundance, expansion, and opportunity has been turned INWARD for months. In Cancer - the sign of home, family, emotional security, and nurturing; that retrograde was asking you to rethink what “abundance” really means to you. Is it just money? Or is it also feeling safe? Feeling held? Feeling like you belong somewhere?

What to expect: When Jupiter stations direct, things that felt stuck start moving again. Opportunities that were delayed or stalled begin opening back up. In Cancer, this is especially powerful for anything related to home, family, real estate, emotional healing, and creating a sense of security in your life. If you’ve been trying to move, renovate, heal a family relationship, or build a more nourishing foundation - Jupiter direct is the green light. Expect expansion in the areas of your life where you’ve been doing the inner work.

🌑 New Moon in Pisces — March 18th at 8:23pm CST

We close out Pisces season with a New Moon in Pisces and this is DIFFERENT from the eclipse energy we experienced earlier in the month. New moons are about new beginnings, fresh starts, and planting seeds. A new moon in Pisces? That’s about planting seeds of faith. Of spiritual alignment. Of surrender to something bigger than your plan.

What to expect: This new moon is the final new moon of the astrological year. It’s your last chance to set an intention before Aries season wipes the slate clean and starts a whole new cycle. And because this is Pisces, the intention isn’t about what you want to DO instead it’s about who you want to BE. What do you want to release before the new year begins? What dream are you ready to commit to? What version of yourself are you ready to become? Plant those seeds. Water them with trust. And then let Aries season bring the fire to bring them to life.

Before I break down each sign, I want to talk about rituals for a second. Because I think a lot of people hear “ritual” and think it has to be some elaborate ceremony with crystals and candles and chanting (and look, if that’s your thing then go for it, I’m all about the magic! 🔮).

But at its core, a ritual is simply about being intentional with your creation and aligning your energy with the planets in order to attract what you want and stay focused on your power.

That’s it. It’s choosing to consciously participate in the energy that’s already moving through your life instead of just letting it happen TO you. The planets are going to do what they’re going to do whether you’re paying attention or not. But when you align with them? When you say “I see what you’re doing and I’m working WITH you”? That’s when the magic multiplies.

What This Season Is Inviting You to Learn: Happy Solar Return, Pisces!! 🎂✨ This is YOUR season, and the Sun is lighting up your 1st house - the house of self, identity, and new beginnings. But this isn’t just any birthday season. Saturn has been in your sign for almost three years now, teaching you some of the hardest (and most important) lessons about who you are and what you’re made of.

This is a full identity reset. Not the superficial kind where you change your hair and call it transformation (though do that if it feels right). This is the deep, structural kind where the person you’ve been PERFORMING as finally gets replaced by the person you actually ARE. What This Season Is Inviting You to Learn: Pisces season is lighting up your 12th house - the most hidden, mysterious, and spiritual house in your entire chart. The 12th house is your subconscious, your dreams, your hidden patterns, your spiritual life, and everything you’ve been avoiding looking at. And now? The 12th house is not just activated - it’s LOUD.

You’re shedding skin you didn’t even know you were wearing. Old fears, old self-sabotage patterns, old ways of dimming yourself - they’re all being brought to the surface so you can finally see them, name them, and let them go.

The Saturn-Neptune conjunction is happening in our 4th house of home and inner foundation, so everything we’re processing internally is trying to find expression through our 3rd house. What This Season Is Inviting You to Learn: Welcome to your 2nd house season, (one of my favorite seasons) Aquarius. After the intensity of the eclipse that just rocked your 1st house (the one we talked about in the Eclipse Survival Guide), Pisces season is now shifting the focus to your 2nd house of money, self-worth, personal values, and what you HAVE.

And this is connected, because you can’t reinvent your identity (1st house eclipse) without also reinventing your relationship with money and worth (2nd house). The new you needs a new financial story. The new you needs to understand their value differently. The new you needs to stop undercharging, underselling, and undervaluing what they bring to the table.

Ok so coming up, we have a solar eclipse on February 17th, and it’s not just any eclipse. This is the FIRST eclipse in a brand new Aquarius-Leo cycle that we haven’t experienced since 2017-2019. (I love to journal, so I’m able to go back and read what lessons I was experiencing then and then use that to help me see what patterns may appear now. You can also use your Google photos and check out what were you doing during those years. What was happening then? Similar themes are coming back around, but this time you’re a different person handling them.)

This is an annular solar eclipse - also called a “Ring of Fire” eclipse - which means the Moon doesn’t fully cover the Sun. Instead, it leaves a glowing ring of light around the edges. Symbolically, that’s exactly what this eclipse does: it doesn’t black everything out. It reveals what’s been hiding in plain sight. The things you’ve been avoiding, the changes you’ve been resisting, the doors you’ve been too scared to walk through; well now, they’re all about to be lit up.

⚡ Why This Eclipse Hits Different

This eclipse is at 28 degrees of Aquarius, which is a late degree. Late-degree eclipses don’t start new stories. They bring simmering stories to a climax. What has been building in the Aquarius-ruled area of your chart? It’s reached the point of no return. Decisions that you’ve been putting off to have - well now, you have to make them. Structures that are cracking will finally break. (Which, just look at the news to see how this is showing up here in the States). And the things that are solid? They’ll be tested, but can it stand the heat?

And here’s what makes this one extra spicy; Saturn (One of the rulers of this eclipse) will be conjunct Neptune at 0° Aries just 3 days later.

If you watched the Super Bowl halftime show, you saw the spectacle, but if you’ve ever listened to his music, you’ve felt something much deeper.

As an astrologer, I look at charts all day, but when I look at Benito’s, I don’t just see a singer.

I see a healer.

And I’m not talking about sitting in silence and meditating.

I’m talking about healing through the hips.

The Root Chakra & The Power of The Hips

Let’s be real for a second. I don’t know any girl who can listen to his songs and not end up moving their hips or twerking. It’s automatic!

But here is the magic: that beat, that heavy bass, and that specific energy he brings calls us into what I call “Root Chakra movements”.

Society loves to sexualize these movements and dismiss them as “useless dance things,” but they are actually incredibly healing.

We store so much of our trauma and our heavy emotions in our hips.

When Benito’s music takes over and makes you move that area of your body,
he is literally helping you release stuck emotions.

It is somatic healing disguised as a party. He has a Pisces Stellium and a Scorpio Stellium, which makes him an incredibly tactile, sensual person. He oozes that sexuality, but he uses it to make us feel comfortable in our own bodies. He is giving us permission to feel, to move, and to let that trauma go through the beat.

Validation is Medicine

But the healing doesn’t stop at the hips. It goes straight to the heart.

One of the most powerful forms of healing is simply being validated- being told that who you are is okay. Benito’s chart includes Aquarius energy (his Moon and definitely his Mercury). Aquarius is the rebel. It says, “F the tradition, we’re doing this different”.

Benito isn’t just being unique for attention; he is being unique to show you what is possible. His music, his fashion, and his refusal to conform are a message: You do not have to conform to be successful, abundant, or happy.

When you listen to him, you are receiving a subconscious transmission that says it is safe to be different. That validation heals the parts of us that have been told we’re “too much” or “too weird.” He teaches us that the “in-between”-the transformation between the light and the dark-is actually a beautiful, abundant place to be.

So, Play It Loud

Next time you put on a Bad Bunny track, don’t just think of it as a bop. Think of it as an energy alignment. Let your hips move. Let that Root Chakra open up. Let his Pisces confidence validate your own inner rebel.

So of course; as your astrologer - I had to look him up and get insight into what makes this amazing man tick and I found so many gems that I had to dedicate not only this post but also a video dedicated to him.

So let’s dive in!

Benito Antonio Martinez Ocasio was born on March 10, 1994 - making him a Pisces Sun, Aquarius Moon, and possibly a Pisces Rising. Because we do not have his birth time - we do not know exactly what his rising sign is or what houses his planets occupy. However, we can still tell so much and let’s start with the fact that he is currently completing his Saturn Return.

Saturn Return: Learning to Trust His Inner Voice & Overcome Self-Sabotage

Saturn takes around 29 ½ years to go around the sun, because of this we are around 28-30 years old when Saturn returns back to the place it was when we were born. Saturn, in astrology, represents the lessons we are here to learn and the journey it takes to become the Teacher of the area it occupies. For Benito; that means that he is here to learn how to embrace his inner knowing, his intuition, his higher calling, his spiritual journey, and his subconscious beliefs. During his half time show; he talked a lot about believing in himself and continuing to overcome the negative thoughts so he could become who he is today. He encouraged the audience to also believe in themselves despite the haters - and I believe he talks about this often because it’s an area that he struggles with. Saturn in Pisces babies are here to learn how to embrace their inner voice and overcome the subconscious beliefs that cause them to self sabotage. It’s about getting out of their own way and becoming the hero they are looking for.

His Saturn in Pisces is also conjunct his Mars in Pisces - so he’s motivated by his challenges. Instead of shying away from things that scare him - he is pushed to excel and do amazing things because of how impossible it may seem. And the beauty is; when he faces his challenges - he not only overcomes them even if it’s through sheer will, he also becomes the Teacher of said lesson. But it’s up to him to not give up, no matter how difficult it gets.

Saturn is currently in Pisces; and is about to transit into Aries - marking the end of his Saturn Return Journey and I would say - he ACED the test that his Saturn Return challenged him on. Why? Cause part of his lesson was on learning how to face his beliefs and avoid self sabotage. Which him ending his Saturn Return with a phenomenal performance at the Super Bowl, speaks to him overcoming a LOT of fears and challenges. This is the same man that was once a cashier and is now headlining tours around the world as well as leading in the half time show.

Mars in Pisces: Emotional Power & The Gift of Making Others Feel

As a Mars in Pisces person, he is an emotional person and his power lies in his ability to inspire others to feel something. Empathy is his super power and getting you to connect to your own feelings is his gift. He has a powerful imagination as well and is able to think of things in a truly unconventional way and then bring it to life and he can inspire others to get on board with his unique vision. But he’s also the kind of person that has to be mindful of what he lets into his mind because he easily adopts what others tell him so he has to be intentional about guarding his mind against things that do not align with where he is going. This may make him incredibly strict about his belief routines, he may thrive with affirmations - constantly speaking life to himself AND to others. (Which I truly believe we also witness when we see him in interviews and he speaks so positively about himself and the belief he has had in himself.)

As someone with a Mars in Pisces - he is also motivated by his senses. He is very tactile in that he loves texture, sensual activities, and just “feeling” through life. He doesn’t want to just experience life - he wants to feel it in his bones. And his music does just that. Whether we are playing his reggaton or his salsa music - he makes you feel the beat in your BODY and so even when you can’t understand the music lyrically, you can’t help but want to join in with dance because he stirs something within you emotionally. This is what makes him so powerful is his ability to make others feel sensitive to the power that is feelings.

Aquarius Moon: Leading by Example & Giving Others Permission to Be Themselves

Now because we don’t know his birth time and because his Moon is at the end of Aquarius (28 degrees), it’s possible that he’s a Pisces Moon. But for now, let’s go with the idea that he is an Aquarius Moon, which he also has an Aquarius Mercury - so he has quite a bit of Aquarius in him. Aquarius energy rules over being unique and different and being a leader within the community he is part of. Aquarius energy is all about connection and in particular with the people we network and commune with on a consistent basis. Him having an Aquarius Mercury and Moon makes him willing to be different, odd, and unconventional. He doesn’t feel tied to the standards that others have placed on him - matter of fact, he is open to rebelling against others’ wishes. But he doesn’t do it because he wants the attention, he’s doing it because he is compelled to. His mission is larger than “attention”, he wants to allow others to feel safe to be themselves and so he leads with intention. He wants to be seen but only so you can have permission to own your power too. He sees the value in self expression and uniqueness and he intuitively knows that when you show up in your power, we all win. So he leads by example. He doesn’t chase after attention; it naturally comes to him because of how inspiring he is when he rebels against people’s norms.

Mercury in Aquarius: Balancing Logic with Intuition

Mercury is the planet that tells you how you think, how you connect, and how you communicate. With his Mercury being in Aquarius - conjunct his moon- his thoughts are easily connected to his feelings. Typically Aquarius Mercuries are disconnected from their feelings and can be very matter of fact. Leaning heavily on logic but with his planet of speech being so close to his planet of feelings - he can often confuse his thoughts and his feelings. He may sometimes with struggling with how he feels because he can think his way through his feelings. So part of his purpose is to learn how to identify what he’s feeling and then make moves from that space.

As a Mercury in Aquarius; he can intellectualize his intuition and that can prevent him from staying in his power as an intuitive King. So part of his purpose is learning how to stay spiritually and emotionally in his Power and not swayed by others or his circumstances. Mercury in Aquarius energy values logic, thinking, and facts. He wants to be highly versed and educated on topics but what he is here to learn is that sometimes knowledge isn’t the answer. Sometimes; the answer is the heart which as a Saturn in Pisces - he’s also learning how to feel his way through life and not just think his way through hardship. Thankfully because he has a Stellium in Pisces (Sun, Saturn, and Mars) it makes him very in touch with his feelings and very sentimental, which sometimes as a Mercury in Aquarius - he can struggle with.

Lilith in Aries: Rejecting Templates & Doing It His Way

I love this placement for him because it means a huge part of his purpose is learning how to own his voice, his leadership, his Kingship. He’s not here to follow someone else’s blueprint for success or leadership. Aries is the pioneer, the first, the “I’ll do it MY way” energy - so his Lilith there means he’s actively rejecting any template for how a leader “should” be. When he’s told “no, you have to do things this way”, it triggers him to take action and say “nope, I’m not doing it your way. There are many ways to be successful - so here’s how I would do it.” and then he does it his own way. We’ve seen him do this in fashion, in music, in his touring choices, even in his performance at the superbowl. He rebels against the norms and successfully proves to people that there are MANY ways to find happiness and be in your purpose and that is part of his value to the world. He wants to redefine what leadership even MEANS. Not just be a leader in the traditional sense, but show that leadership can look completely different. More authentic. More raw. More on his own terms.

Jupiter in Scorpio (Retrograde): Expanding Through Transformation & Owning His Sexual Power

This placement is HUGE for him - and it’s even more powerful because he has a whole Scorpio stellium (Pluto Retrograde, North Node Retrograde, Jupiter Retrograde, and Juno Retrograde). Jupiter is where we naturally expand, and in Scorpio, that expansion happens through constant death, rebirth, and transformation. With Jupiter retrograde, this transformative expansion happens internally first - he has to process and integrate these massive shifts privately before they show up externally in his work.

In this lifetime, he’s meant to continuously evolve - and we see this so clearly in his bold fashion choices and his fearless approach to music. He seamlessly moves between bachata, salsa, reggaeton, and more - never afraid to change his style to match what he’s feeling in the moment. And that’s very Scorpio, because Scorpio rules over depth of feeling and emotional truth. He’s deeply intuitive - almost psychic in the way he can sense what’s coming next. North Node in Scorpio (Retrograde) / South Node in Taurus: Learning That Light Only Exists Because of Darkness

The North Node shows us where we’re headed in this lifetime, and the South Node reveals where we feel most comfortable. With his North Node in Scorpio retrograde, part of Bad Bunny’s soul purpose is to embrace the generations before him and pay deep homage to their role in his life - but this journey is deeply internal and personal. The retrograde means he has to do this inner work privately, processing his relationship with ancestry and legacy on his own terms before he can fully embody it publicly.

His connection to his ancestors and the other side is profoundly powerful - he’s not just going to BE an ancestor one day, he’s here to bring honor to the ancestors who paved the way for him. This North Node asks him to lean into transformation, to embrace his sexuality, his darkness, and his shadows. He may have quite a dark side to him, but his work in this lifetime is learning how to harness and control that darkness rather than let it consume him.

With his South Node in Taurus, he’s naturally comfortable with pleasure, ease, and abundance - these things can come more easily to him than most. But the lesson is that he can’t just coast on comfort. He’s here to learn how to work HARD for what he wants, to truly earn it through effort and dedication. Maybe in a past life, wealth came easily - but in THIS life, he had to grind for it. And now that he HAS it, the real challenge is learning not to sabotage his own success with his shadow side. The deeper spiritual lesson? Light only exists because of darkness. He’s learning that his shadows aren’t something to run from or destroy - they’re what make his light so brilliant. I’m [insert name] and I’d love to connect with [insert the people you want to have on your feed].” People will introduce themselves and follow you! Be sure to welcome each of them and regularly do this.

Talk About What You Love

Notes is sooo informal & so this is the space where you can be unhinged (and people are looking for it). Share what shows you’re watching and your take on them. For example, I’m currently rewatching Agatha All Along and I’ve been live “Noting” when I watch. It’s actually helped me to make new friends (and even gotten discovery calls!) just from talking about my favorite show!

Answer Requests

The COOLEST thing about Notes is other entrepreneurs are not afraid to specifically ask for what they need. People are requesting speakers for their memberships, guests for their podcasts, etc. So when you see someone asking JUMP ON IT! Tell them how you can serve their community and then follow up until you get it!

Invite People to Follow You

Don’t forget to regularly invite your Notes audience to follow you on Substack! Regularly remind them about your posts and restack them by taking quotes directly from your posts and reposting them so people see your work. And don’t be afraid to restack old posts too.

Share Your Wins

I find that whenever I share big updates; people here on the platform LOVE to cheer me on and get excited for me! It’s kinda like LinkedIn, in that, when you humble brag - people are GENUNIELY excited for you and want to see you win! Share Tips Unique to Your Niche

As an Astrologer; I’m always sharing the meanings behind the transits. For example; when Mercury moved into Pisces - I made a post about what that means so people could anticipate what to expect from this transit. What tips can you share from your unique perspective? Talk to your audience like they are a friend who asked you a question & then share your thoughts. Remember, you can be unhinged and unpolished (in the days of AI as well, this is so welcome!) For a long time, my answer was... kind of.
I’d do it for friends. For clients I felt really close to.
People I felt comfortable learning with.
But I didn’t feel ready to offer relationship astrology to the masses.
It felt too intimate, too nuanced, too important to just wing it.

So instead, I practiced. I studied. I pulled charts for people I loved and watched the patterns unfold. I learned how to read the energy between two people, not just within them.

And here’s what I realized:

As much as I love focusing on money, business, manifestation, and all the tangible, practical magic astrology can bring-we don’t exist in a vacuum.

We are constantly learning, engaging, triggering, and growing because of our connections to one another. In life, business, love, partnership, parenting-all of it.

I went MIA on Instagram for a week & no one noticed.

I literally came back after days of not posting,
and I had 2 comments and 5 new followers.

4 of which were spam.

The days of the ‘gram are dying-dead-over.
And we need to come to terms with it.
Why?
Because so many of us are STILL spending WAY too much time posting, creating, and “performing” for dead air.

I’m not saying that the entirety of the platform is dead; cause the truth is people are still "selling” on stories and in the DM’s - but the “hey day” where you could show up, say your piece, post, be seen, and make a sale with your dream customers are over.

And TBH, even the astrology coincides with this.

Jupiter the planet of abundance is in the house of shadows and endings for Instagram’s Birth Chart, which could signify a major dead end to what used to be the most popular platform out there.

With so many different options now, IG has to actually “keep up” with others rather than lead the way and we have seen the decline happen in real time.

Much like Facebook, we are witnessing the very real but slow death of a social media site that once was so popular, it had 1 million users within 2 months of it’s opening.

So why am I sharing this with you?

Because if you’re a spiritual biz owner like me, (which I know many of you are), you’re looking for permission to either go ALL IN or leave it all behind and I’m here to tell you both from my personal experience AND from the astrology -

It’s ok if you leave it behind.

Of course, always listen to your intuition.

If your spirit doesn’t jive with what I’m saying, then that may be your permission slip to continue to show up for your community and see what manifests.

But if there’s a part of you that felt relief…
then - here’s the sign you’ve been looking for.

So where am I spending my efforts in 2026?

Well, for me, I consulted with my own spirit guides and through the power of my astrology and Tarot Deck, it became clear to me that my community is on Youtube and Substack moreso than Threads or Instagram or Meta as a whole.

For me, it felt freeing to finally breathe and let go of a platform that requires SO much time in creating posts, carousels, stories, reels, replying to DM’s, posting constantly on Threads, etc. and see little to no return on investment. I’ve used ads, gone live weekly, responded quickly to DM’s, engaged before and after posting, watched AND talked to people on their stories and it’s just soo much time and with very little coming back to justify the effort.

If I’m honest, even in my stories - which I love - most of the people aren’t responding anymore. They don’t comment, like, or engage with me - which only lowers my reach and is frankly-discouraging. No one likes to feel like they are talking to themselves and no one is listening.

Instagram has become a museum; a place where people can peek into your life/business to watch and see but not actually support and show up for you.

Now both Substack and Youtube have become platforms where I’m starting to see interaction, traction in my business, and interest.

People are commenting, watching, sharing, and even subscribing based off my Youtube shorts. I was able to even grow by over 100 new subscribers in a week right here on Substack. For me, that’s super telling.

So here’s the final takeaway…

If your audience isn’t interacting with you on IG or TT - explore other platforms.
And heck, if it’s the other way around - your people are showing up for you on IG but not on Substack, then note that. What should determine where you spend your time is:
(1) Your passion for the platform, do you actually like spending time creating for it?

(2) Are your people responding to you?

(3) And finally - are you making MONEY from your efforts? (I am a Capricorn Stellium after all - so I’m gonna have to ask.)

In 2026, we have so many things vying for our attention, don’t waste any of your precious time giving to people AND platforms that won’t actually support you.
